PASTORS AND PROMOTERS

We have found that promotion is the key to a successful concert. Whether it happens to be a ticketed event, special meeting, or church service, the amount of promotion dictates the turnout as well as the spirit of the program.

Even for a church service, promotion to the church members creates an anticipation of the event and causes a spirit of excitement which leads to an openness to the Spirit of God during the music and message/invitation to follow.

In addition to the posters you will receive by mail, here are some helpful tools you can use in promoting the Daybreak Quartet. Please call if you need further information or materials.

MULTIMEDIA DISPLAY GRAPHICS

The use of overhead projectors before and after services to announce upcoming events is a great tool that is becoming more and more popular. We have provided a graphic that will help in promoting an upcoming concert. It will work with PowerPoint and other multimedia software and all you have to do is add the date and time.

RADIO COMMERCIALS

The following spots are for use on your local radio station. In some cases, stations will charge for the airtime, and in some cases they will include it with PSA's for free. Check with your local stations to find their policy. Most will at least announce the concert as a part of their "community bulletin board" even if they will not air the spots for free.

Each of the spots should be "tagged" with the local announcer giving the specific time, date and location of the event. There is enough uninterrupted music at the end of each of the spots for all of the necessary info to be included. Please call if you are unsure how to do this.
