The Daybreak Quartet will perform songs from their latest album, "Not So Far Away," as well as sing a number of well-known southern gospel favorites--and will also take some time to perform requests from the audience in acapella four-part harmony.

The Daybreak Quartet was formed in 1991 by four freshmen at a college in Pensacola, Florida. The group performed primarily acapella numbers for on-campus events for the next four years. After graduation, the group moved to Stockbridge, Georgia and began singing in area churches several times a month. In 1999, the quartet began traveling full time and now presents around 125 concerts each year. They have sung from coast to coast and internationally, including a concert in the courtyard of the Pentagon, a trip to Sydney, Australia during the 2000 Olympic Games, and they have been invited back to Scotland in 2009.  Highlights of their career include performances for the International Barbershop Quartet Convention and the Atlanta Braves (on ten occasions), as well as appearances on Gospel Music Television and other major media outlets.  For more on the Daybreak Quartet, visit www.daybreakquartet.com.
